摘要
采用两步共混工艺制备了聚丙烯(PP)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/环氧树脂(EP)/纳米凹凸棒土(AT)复合材料,研究了不同用量的AT对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着AT用量的不断增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度均先升高后降低,在AT用量为10份时达到最大值;随着AT用量的不断增加,复合材料的硬度及维卡软化温度均不断增大。AT用量为10份时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。
Influence of nanoattapulgite ( AT ) on properties of polypropylene ( PP )/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber ( EPDM ) /epoxy resin ( EP )/AT composites prepared by two-step mixing process were researched.The results indicated that with the increase of AT content, tensile strength and impact strength of composites all first increased, then decreased obviously and reached maximum at AT 10 phr ; hardness and vicat softening point temperature increased.The best comprehensive properties could be obtained when the content of AT was 10 ohr.
