Y型钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨髁间骨折

摘要 肱骨髁间骨折是临床常见的骨折之一，是肘关节的1种严重损伤，多由直接暴力造成，以伴有关节面的粉碎性骨折为主，常合并有神经血管损伤。其治疗难度大，对肘关节的功能产生严重影响。因此不仅在治疗上要求达到骨折及关节面的解剖复位，而且在功能恢复上的要求很高。目前的治疗方法，无论闭合手法复位还是手术切开复位，其最终肘关节的功能活动都不尽如人意。2007年9月．2008年5月采用手术治疗肱骨髁间骨折12例，术后早期功能锻炼，临床随访，取得满意的效果。
