双张力带加松质骨螺丝钉治疗肱骨远端关节内粉碎骨折 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨双张力带加松质骨螺丝钉治疗肱骨远端关节内粉碎骨折的疗效。方法1999年2月～2004年8月,33例肱骨远端关节内粉碎骨折患者采用内外侧联合入路,双张力带加松质骨螺丝钉内固定治疗。结果全部患者随访8～36个月,平均18个月。按改良Gassebaum评分系统评定肘关节术后疗效:优17例,良13例,可3例,优良率为90.9%。结论采用内、外侧双切口,双张力带加松质骨螺丝钉治疗肱骨远端关节内粉碎骨折,具有创伤小,不破坏伸屈肘关节装置的优点,骨折解剖复位和内固定牢靠,早期开始功能锻炼,并发症少,是治疗肱骨远端关节内粉碎骨折的理想内固定方法之一。
