放松疗法对头痛患者的治疗效果观察 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨放松疗法治疗头痛的确切疗效。方法对75例各类原因致头痛患者常规治疗中运用相关心理量表进行测评,明确患者心理特点;对患者进行针对性放松行为疗法,并对干预前后的疼痛程度进行对比及效果评估。结果75例头痛患者中,按照长海痛尺评分标准,初始评估(放松行为疗法干预前)为7.8±0.41,愈后(放松行为疗法干预后)为1.75±0.23。患者在进行放松行为治疗后疼痛主观体验程度显著下降。结论通过放松行为治疗缓解患者焦虑、紧张情绪,借助放松训练调整植物神经系统兴奋性及稳定性,提高患者对疼痛不适的耐受性,降低患者对疼痛不适感的主观感受及体验的敏感程度,达到缓解头痛的目的。
