摘要
省级重点实验室在快速发展的同时也面临诸多挑战。基于省级重点实验室的定位和特点,分析了省级重点实验室建设和运行中存在的主要问题,提出了从制度建设、管理模式、领导和决策机制、团队管理、设备和信息共享、成果转化等几个方面综合入手,完善和规范实验室管理,提高运行效率,充分利用实验室资源,发挥实验室最大效用。
Provincial key laboratories are being confronted with a lot of challenges in rapid development.Based on the positioning and characteristics of provincial key laboratories,the main problems in construction and management are analyzed.To perfect the management and fully utilize the resource of laboratories,countermeasures are put forwards in the following aspects： regulation,mode of management,mechanism of decision-making,team management,sharing of equipment and information,and achievement transformation.
