摘要
针对公交运能区域分布不均的问题,提出了一种基于公交线路运能与公交出行强度匹配度的公交线网及运能配置评价方法。该方法在网格化城市区域的基础上,分别将公交线网运能和公交出行强度抽象为覆盖在研究区域上的两个矩阵,其元素值分别代表相对应网格化城市区域的公交运能和公交出行强度。通过设计矩阵元素算法和建立两矩阵元素匹配性分析模型来评价公交运能与公交出行需求之间的匹配程度,据此评价公交线网的布设与运能配置是否均衡合理,并绘制出相应的评价图。在公交资源一定的情况下,该方法为公交运能的均衡分配提供了理论支持与解决方案,其科学性与实用性在广州老城区公交运能评价与优化研究中得到了验证。
Aimed at dealing with disequilibrium problems of district transport capacity,a new and practical approach for evaluating transit network and its capacity was proposed by analyzing the matching degree between the capacity and trip intensity.The studied district was divided into several zones first,and this district's transit network capacity and transit trip intensity were described as two matrixes respectively with their values in each zone as elements.Then by calculating the value of each element and developing a model to analyze the matching degrees between corresponding elements of two matrixes,the relationship between each zone's transit supply and demand was evaluated.By doing so,whether transit network design and transport assignment are practical was evaluated and further described by evaluation chart.With certain transit resources,this evaluation method can be used as theoretical base and project approach for equably distributing transit capacity.Its validity and usefulness has been proved in a research which evaluates and optimizes transit network in the old district of Guangzhou City in China.
