摘要
目的建立三十二味午时茶的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法建立了岗梅、荷叶、青蒿等显微特征鉴别;采用薄层色谱建立了牡荆叶的薄层色谱鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法建立了陈皮和枳壳中的橙皮苷的总含量。结果显微鉴别特征性强:薄层色谱操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定操作简单,准确,橙皮苷在111.2~1112μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.7%(n=5)。结论所用方法简便、准确,可作为三十二味午时茶的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the method for Sanshierwei Wushi Cha. Methods Using the micro-identification for Folium Nelumbinis, Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae and Herba Artemisiae Annuae, using the TLC method for identification of Folium Viticis Ne- gundo; and using the HPLC methods for the contents of Hesperldin in Fructus Aurantii and Pericarpium Citri geticulatae in Sanshierwei Wushi Cha. Results The results show that micro-identification is simply, specific; TLC method is simply, specific reproducible; HPLC method established is simply, accurate and has a good linearity in the rang of 111.2 - 1112μg with a mean recovery of Hesperid in as high as 96.9% (RSD = 1.7%). Conclusion This quality standard can control the quality of Sanshierwei Wushi Cha effectively.
