摘要
艾滋病病毒(HIV)具有高度变异性,根据基因序列的同源性,HIV被分为多个亚型,HIV亚型检测对艾滋病的预防与控制具有重要意义。基于核酸分析的亚型检测方法近些年出现了快速发展,出现了异源双链核酸泳动实验、限制性片度长度多态性分析、DNA酶联免疫技术、基因芯片技术(DNA microassay)和多重PCR等多种亚型检测新方法。
HIV is a highly variable virus.Based on genetic similarities,the virus strains may be classified into types,groups and subtypes.Surveillance of HIV-1 genetic subtypes and diversity play an important role in HIV prevention and control.With the rapid progress of molecular biotechnology,many nucleic-acid-based detection method for HIV subtype was developed,such as heteroduplex mobility assay(HMA),restriction fragment long polymorphism(RFLP),DNA enzymes immunoassay(DEIA),DNA microassay,multiprimer PCR and so on.
