脊髓损伤的神经功能评定标准 被引量：3

摘要 脊髓损伤(SCI)后患者的神经功能状况会出现不同的变化,对SCI患者进行及时的功能检查,既可正确了解患者SCI的性质和程度,又对制定正确的治疗方案和推测预后具有重要的指导意义。统一的神经功能评定标准作为临床及科研人员之间正确的交流手段十分重要,因此,理想的评定标准应该是统一精确、容易操作的,并且有明确的评分标准来判断治疗前、后出现的神经功能的变化,以对脊髓损伤的各方面做出客观、准确、全面、可靠的评定,否则将影响疗效及研究结果的可靠性。
