摘要
提出了一种基于等价替换思想的三维装配误差的建模方法,该方法从分析三维装配中各种误差因素对装配性能的影响机理入手,首先基于等价替换思想对各种误差因素所产生的影响逐类逐个予以建模,然后将等价模型在三维装配的尺寸链中集成,最终得到全面考虑各种误差因素影响的三维装配等价模型。
A new modeling method is introduced for tolerance analysis of 3D mechanical assemblies thinking about all kinds of variations. These variations are divided into dimensional and geometric feature variations,and how each of them exerts an influence on the 3D assembly is analyzed. Each variation is modeled based on the equivalent replacement theoretics,and then the model is integrated in the vector loop of the 3D assembly. By the method,the equivalent variational mechanism (EVM) could be gotten easily,so as to enable the tolerance analysis of 3D assemblies thinking about all kinds of variations.
