摘要
偏心渐开线齿轮传动的设计和计算存在四种模型:纯滚动模型;等转角模型;等分模型和微分模型。对这四种模型进行了深入分析和对比,指出了各自的缺陷和不足。除微分模型外,其它三种模型均存在模型误差,其中等分模型和等转角模型是等价模型。微分模型需要用数值方法求解微分方程,因此存在计算误差。
kinds of model of the analysis and design of eccentric involutes gears transmission are existed There are pure rolling model,equal truning angle model,bisection model and differential model. These 4 kinds of model are analyzed and compared. The defects of these models are presented. There is model error except differential model. The bisection model and equal turning angle model are equivalent each other. The differential model has calculating error,because it needs to solve differential equation by mumerical method.
