对氧磷酶2C311S与对氧磷酶1Q192R基因多态性与糖尿病肾病的关系

摘要
糖尿病(DM)并发肾病,进而发展为肾衰竭,是南多种因素综合作用所致,其中氧化应激和脂质代谢紊乱起着重要作用。对氧磷酶(PON)多基因家族成员PON1、PON2和PON3均具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
