摘要
情报用户需求与情报行为研究是情报学的一个重要研究领域。它是检验情报部门服务质量、效果和存在的问题的有效手段,是为用户提供有针对性、有价值情报的先决条件。为了改进情报服务工作,积极主动地配合科研和生产,笔者通过发放调查表的办法对石河子的农业科研人员进行情报需求与情报活动能力的调查,并对改进图书情报部门的工作提出了建议。
Research on user's information requirements and information behavior is an important area in information service. It is an effective measure to check the quality, effect and issues of information service, and a prerequi- site to provide appropriate and valuable information to the users. In order to improve information service, and to coordinate with scientific research and production actively, a survey for information requirements and informati- on behavior of the scientific researchers in agriculture in Shihezi area was carried out through questionnaire; and suggestions were presented so as to improve service in libraries and information institutes.
