摘要
目的：阐述Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药心脏毒性的表现及可能机制，为其中毒防治提供参考。方法：分析近年文献报道的人群和实验研究结果。结果：Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药中毒病例有多种心功能改变。整体动物实验结果主要为血压、心率的改变和多种心律失常。体外实验结果主要为心肌收缩力加强。其心脏毒性的机制可能为钠通道、钙通道或氯通道的激活以及对肾上腺受体的作用等。结论：本剂可引起心肌收缩力加强和心功能紊乱。
Objective: To clarify the characters and possible mechanisms of cardiotoxicity of type Ⅱ pyrethroids for providing the new information on its prevention and treatment of poisoning.Methods: The latest reports were analyzed, which included the researches among human and experiments. Results: There were various changes of cardiofunction in poisoned case. The main manifestations were the changes of heart rate and blood pressure and various arrhythmia in vivo.The strength of myocardial contraction was observed in vitro. The mechanisms of its cardiotoxicity might be the active of sodium, calcium and chloride channel or combined with the adrenaline receptor, et al. Conclusion: It may strength the myocardial contraction and cardio-dysfunction.
