摘要
随着老油区开采的不断加深,油区措施作业量和措施难度不断上升,措施投入与成本控制的矛盾不断升级。从经济学角度,可提出措施增油的经济模型,并进行实证分析。同时,对企业如何建立科学增油措施评估体系,提出相应的建议和对策。
With the continuous exploitation of the old oilfields, the amount of enhancing oil operations has increased a lot and the operations are becoming more difficult as well, so the contradiction between operating input and the cost control is continuously upgrading. This article starts from the economic point, putting forward oil enhancement economic model, and giving the empirical analysis. Meanwhile, this article gives countermeasures on how to establish evaluation system of scientific operations for oil increasement.
