摘要
目的：观察参麦注射液对系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）心脏损害的疗效。方法：应用参麦注射液加激素及对症治疗系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）心脏损害３３例（治疗组），并与单纯激素加对症治疗３０例（对照组）作对比分析。结果：２组临床疗效（总有效率分别为９０．９１％和８３．３３％）有显著性差异（ｕ＝１．５５，Ｐ＜０．０５）；对合并心电图异常的疗效，治疗组心电图恢复率（８１．５８％）明显优于对照组（５０．００％，χ２＝４．０３，Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组血液流变学各项指标的改善均较对照组显著（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：参麦注射液可改善ＳＬＥ心脏损害，同时可减轻使用激素所产生的不良反应。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shenmai Injection on cardiac damage due to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods:Thirtythree cases of cardiac damage due to SLE were treated with Shenmai Injection,corticosteroid hormone and support therapy (treatment group) and compared to control group (30 cases),which treated with hormone alone. Results :There was obvious difference of therapeutic efficacy between 2 groups,the total effective rates were 90 91% and 83 33% respectively ( u =1 55, P <0 05),the recovery rate of electrocardiogram abnormality was 81 58% in treatment group,it was superior to control group (50 00%,χ 2=4 03, P <0 05 );the hemorrheologic parameters were improved in treatment group,it was superior to that in control group (all P <0 05).Conclusions:Shenmai Injection can improve cardiac damage due to SLE and reduce the bad reaction induced by hormone treatment.
