摘要
为研究中线Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤（ＭＴＬ）与ＥＢ病毒的关系，运用原位杂交和免疫组化技术检测２０例中线Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤，观察其ＥＢ病毒的存在情况，结果２０例ＭＴＬ均显示Ｔ细胞标记阳性，Ｂ细胞标记阴性；原位杂交ＥＢ病毒（ＥＢＥＲ－１）阳性率７０％（１４／２０），ＬＭＰ－１检出率５０％（１０／２０），结果表明ＥＢ病毒感染与ＭＴＬ存在密切关系。
To study the relationship between midline T cell lymphoma(MTL) and Epstein Barr Virus(EBV),in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect EBER 1 and latent membrane protein 1(LMP 1) on paraffin embedded tissues of 20 MTL cases.The postive rate of EBER 1 in 20 cases of MTL were 70%(14/20), LMP 1 expression was detected in 50%(10/20) of MTL. Our results suggested that EBV infection may have some relationship with the genesis of MTL.
