CD45RO、CD3阳性的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例报告及文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 目的:报告1例CD45RO、CD3阳性表达的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,并结合文献讨论弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征、病理特点、治疗和预后因素。方法:回顾1例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理资料、HE染色、免疫组化和基因重排检测结果。结果:患者女性,32岁,肿块位于右颈部,镜下瘤细胞形态多样性,核大于正常淋巴细胞2倍以上,免疫组化显示瘤细胞膜除CD45、CD20、CD79α阳性外,CD45RO和CD3也呈弥漫强阳性。结论:弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤一般表达B细胞标记,也可同时表达T细胞标记。
