摘要
目的:研制一种能通过血脑屏障的抗癫痫新药。方法:向兔癫痫模型耳缘静脉内注射4mlBDEGABA(新γ氨基丁酸拟似剂β2乙基γ氨基丁酸)生理溶液后,观察疗效。结果:BDEGABA可明显抑制癫痫动物模型的癫痫发作和脑电图的癫样棘状波的振幅和频率(与对照组比较在统计学上有显著性差异)。结论:BDEGABA可通过血脑屏障,发挥明显的抗癫痫作用。
Objective:To develop a new antiepileptic agent that can pass through the blood brain barrier Methods:After injection of 4ml BDEGABA ( GABA mimetic agent,β diethyl γ aminobutyric acid)normal saline into the marginal auricular veins of the rabbits , the therapeutic effect was observed Results:The epileptic seizure of the animal model was markedly depressed,the amplitude and frequency of epilepsylike spikes of EEG were depressed as well (There was a significant difference between the experimental animals and controls ) Conclusion:BDEGABA can pass through the blood-brain barrier , and exert significant antiepileptic effect
