摘要
以丙烯酸单体为原料,N-马来酰化壳聚糖为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备聚丙烯酸系增稠剂。研究了交联剂浓度、中和度、温度、不同电解质对聚丙烯酸系增稠剂粘度的影响。实验结果表明:交联剂为0.4wt%,中和度为80mol%,0.5wt%该增稠剂凝胶溶液粘度可达54 200 mPa.s,但在温度升高或电解质存在的情况下,体系粘度降低。
polyacrylic acid thickener was prepared by the solution polymerization with acrylic monomer as raw materials,N-maleyl chitosan as cross-linker and potassium persulfate as initiator. The effects of the cross-linker concentration, neutralization degree, temperature, different electrolytes on the viscosity of polyacrylic acid thickener were studied. The results showed that: when cross-linker was 0.4w% and neutralization degree was 80mo1%, the viscosity of 0.5w% of the thickener gel solution prepared was up to 54 200 mpa· S, the viscosity ofpolyacrylic acid thickener decreased with the increasement of temperature or the existence of electrolytes.
