摘要
通过复合化学镀的方法在镁合金表面制备(Ni-P)-Si3N4复合镀层,主要研究了镀液中颗粒含量、温度、pH等工艺参数对复合镀层表面形貌及显微硬度的影响。结果表明,获得良好表面微观形貌和较高显微硬度的纳米复合镀层的工艺参数为:0=80℃、pH=8.5,ρ(Si3N4)为7-9g/L。
(Ni-P)-Si3N4 nano particle composite coatings were prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy by electroless deposition. The effects of the particle content, temperature and pH of electrolyte on surface morphology and micro-hardness of the composite coatings were studied by SEM and hardness tester, respectively. The results showed that optimal parameters for the composite coating of better morphology and higher micro-hardness were, the content of the nano-SiaN4 particles in electrolyte is 7-9 g/L, temperature is 80℃ and pH is 8.5.
