摘要
采用机械共混法将硫酸钙晶须添加到SBS胶粘剂中,从而提高体系的内聚能。考察了硫酸钙晶须添加量以及硫酸钙晶须改性后对SBS胶粘剂"T型"剥离强度的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观测改性前后硫酸钙晶须的表面结构差别。"T型"剥离强度测试表明,添加6phr硫酸钙晶须的SBS胶粘剂"T型"剥离强度达到694.8N/m,比未添加硫酸钙晶须时提高了17.86%,改性后硫酸钙晶须的补强作用更是进一步的提高,扫描电镜测试结果表示,硅烷偶联剂改性后的硫酸钙晶须表面完整性以及分散性得到改善。
In order to improve the cohesive energy of the SBS adhesive, calcium sulfate whisker was added into the SBS adhesive by means of mechanically compounding. The influences of the addition level of calcium sulfate whisker and modified calcium sulfate whisker on the T-peel strength of SBS adhesive were investigated. The difference of surface structure between calcium sulfate whisker and modified calcium sulfate whisker was studied by SEM. The results showed that the T-peel strength of SBS adhesive with 6phr calcium sulfate whisker was 694.8N/m, which was 17.86% improved than the SBS adhesive without calcium sulfate whisker, and the reinforcement effect of the modified calcium sulfate whisker was even better. The images from SEM indicated that the dispersity and surface structure perfection of the modified calcium sulfate whisker were much better than it was.
