摘要
目的探讨手足口病患儿血清肌酸激酶同工酶的变化。方法随机选择2009年4月至8月在济宁市第一人民医院感染科住院的102例患儿作为观察组,健康儿童20例作为正常对照组,采用比色法测定血清CK-MB水平。结果手足口病患儿血清肌酸激酶同工酶较健康儿童组明显增高,具有显著的统计学意义。结论手足口病患儿血清肌酸激酶同工酶增高。手足口病患儿存在心肌损害。
Objective To investigate changes of serum creatine kinase （CK-MB） on hand, foot and mouth disease IHFMD） in children. Methods A total of 102 children with HFMD being in hospital were selected as experimental group, while 20 healthy children as normal comparison group. The activities of CK--MB in serum were estimated by using the colorimetry.Results The level of CK-MB in children with HFMD was remarkably higher in comparison with that in healthy children. There is significant difference between groups. Conclusion The children with HFMD may be caused by myocardial injury. It is reasonable to protect heart and to decrease myocardial injury using an effectual remedy.
