高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病对心肌损害保护作用的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)对心肌损害的保护作用。方法96例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿分为高压氧治疗组(HBO组)和常规治疗组(CON组),每组48例,两组分别于治疗前后测定QT间期离散度(QTcd)和血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)。结果两组治疗前QTcd、CK- MB无明显差异,治疗后HBO组QTcd、CK-MB均较CON组下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗HIE对缺氧缺血性心肌损害具有保护作用。 Objective To explore the protection of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy on cardiac damage of anoxia hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 96 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy ( HIE ) were divided into HBO group and conventional therapy (CON)group, each group included 48 cases. QTcd and CK-MB were measured before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in QTcd and CK-MB between two groups before treatment. After therapy, QTcd and CKMB in HBO group were lower than those of CON group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions There were protections for cardiac damage of anoxia hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy by HBO therapy.
