摘要
对气调包装原理、采摘后水果的生理特性保鲜机理及气调包装在水果保鲜中的应用等方面进行了粗浅的探讨。
The paper briefly discusses the principle of gas-adjust package,the physiological characteristic and fresh-keeping mechanism of the fruit after harvest,as well as the applica tion of gas-adjust package to fruit fresh-keeping.
