摘要
德育实效是指德育活动的实际效果。目前人们对学校德育实效的普遍评价是低效,造成这种现象发生的原因既有德育自身的因素、社会环境因素,也有学生自身的因素。深刻反思已有研究成果,可以看出"德育实效低下"的判断有待确认和商榷,它是功利主义、经济至上思想的反映。此论调若继续泛化,会影响德育工作者的信心,阻碍德育理论研究和学校德育实践的改革与发展。研究发现,深入开展德育效果的实证研究,摸清学生品德发展中存在的问题,提高教育者的育人素养,遵循品德发展规律,构建相匹配的"育德"模式和方法,既是提高德育实效的正确路径,也是澄清德育低效论调的有力手段。
Actual effects of moral education (ME) refer to the practical results of activities in ME.At present,ME in China is generally regarded as useless or ineffective.The root of this problem lies in ME per se,but also in social environment and students themselves.Reviewing existing research,we can find that 'the ineffectiveness of ME' is doubtful and arguable,for it reflects the ideology of utilitarianism and economic-supremacy.Such a dubious view about the ineffectiveness of ME,if become ever more widespread,would hurt the morale of those moral educators,or hinder the reform and development of ME practice as well as research.To maximize actual effects of ME,and refute so-called 'ineffectiveness of ME',we should conduct more empirical research on ME effectiveness,identify problems in students’ character development,improve the capabilities of moral educators,abide by the laws of moral development,and construct appropriate models or methods for 'moral cultivation'.
