摘要
本文以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和三种交联剂为原料,合成了一系列丙烯酸酯弹性体(ACR),并对其进行了红外光谱和动态力学分析。同时,研究了ACR对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的冲击改性作用,结果表明ACR—Ⅰ—3和ACR—Ⅱ—3是PVC优良的增韧剂。
Acrylic impact modifiers(ACR) for poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) were prepared by free-radical-initiated polymerization. ACR elastomers prepared from various components of butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and crosslinker, have been studied by dynamic mechanical viscoelastometer and infrared spectroscopy. It is shown that there are two glass transition temperature for each ACR elastomer. The experimental result of PVC/ACR blends shows that ACR-Ⅰ -3 and ACR- Ⅱ -3 are excellent impact modifiers for PVC.
