摘要
对包埋剂的用量对灵芝饮料苦味的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明加入灵芝抽取液的2—5%的环糊精,能有效地把灵芝的苦味降低到40%左右,从而获得人们乐于接受的天然保健饮料。
Experiments were made on how the amount of coating agents affected the bitter taste of Ganoderma Cucidum drinks.The results showed that the bitter taste of Ganoderma Cucidum juice could be reduced to 40% or so when 2-5% cyclodextrin was added to Ganoderma Cucidum drinks.And by this way we can make natural health drinks that people are willing to accept.
