摘要
产业集群的特殊环境对集群中企业的技术创新同时具有正效应和负效应。集群企业在技术创新方面具有良好的政策环境、日趋完善的创新平台、良好的创新氛围、创新资源优势、创新扩散优势、创新网络效应、低成本效应等优势,同时也具有拥挤效应、恶性竞争效应、"搭便车"现象、技术创新路径依赖等技术创新劣势。集群企业可以通过充分利用集群技术创新平台、利用知识产权保护制度和行业协会的力量,保护自身知识产权、加强企业间合作和产学研合作,提升企业技术创新能力。
Compare with other enterprises, enterprises in industrial clusters can benefit from more preferential policies of technological innovation, have a better plafform of innovation, gain more resources of innovation, have a better innovation net, and have lower cost of technological innovation. But they will suffer from crowdedness, vicious competition, hitchhiking and path dependency of technological innovation. Through fully utilizing the platform of innovation, protecting their intellectual property rights by policies and industrial associations, enhancing the cooperation with other enterprises, universities and research institutions, enterprises in industrial clusters can improve their technological innovation ability.
