摘要
产业集群的组织和经济合理性赋予了技术创新以新的方式,集群组织中技术创新活动的整体绩效一般不等于集群成员技术创新活动各自绩效的简单加和,这一差异就是集群技术创新组织效应。需要通过集群治理实现预期的正组织协同效应,降低负面效应的影响。
The cluster organization and its economical rationality give us new ways in technological innovation. The overall efficiency of innovation activities in cluster organization does not mean the summation of cluster m embers＇ effectiveness. The organization effect of the duster rechnological innovation is the key factor. With the cluster management we hope to achieve the desired effect of reducing the negative effects.
