摘要
我国石油企业在"走出去"战略的引导下,走上了大举海外投资之路。在承揽海外石油工程项目中,为确保工程能顺利进行,风险管理的重要性日益凸现。文章针对金融危机对我国境外石油工程承包企业带来的严峻考验,从汇兑损失、国际市场萎缩、安全形势严峻、经营环境恶化等方面阐述了境外工程承包企业面临的风险,结合我国国际石油工程项目的风险管理存在的问题提出了对策与建议。
With the strategy of ＂Going-out＂, China＇s petroleum enterprises enter the international market. During the investment on oversea petroleum projects, the risk management becomes more and more important for carrying out the projects safely. The global financial crisis has brought a severe challenge, such as the exchange losses, the international market shrinking, the security situation grim, the business environment deteriorated, etc., on China＇s offshore petroleum engineering contracting business. For our international oil project risk management, the countermeasures and suggestions, to improve China＇s offshore oil engineering companies resisting risks ability were set forth.
