摘要
依照《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法测定地下水中苯系物的结果进行不确定度评定。分析了测量过程中引入的不确定度来源,包括样品采集瓶体积、标准溶液制备、校准曲线回归、样品稀释过程、吹扫捕集前处理方法对样品回收率等分量引入不确定度及其计算方法,最后合成标准不确定度,通过乘以95%概率下的扩展因子2,获得测量结果的扩展不确定度。
Based on Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the measurement results of BTEX, in groundwater samples by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass "speotrometrY were collected and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty produced in analysis process were discussed and the valume of sample collection bottles, preparation of standard solution,standard curve regression, dilution of sample,sample recovery of the pre-treatment process, etc. were considered as the main sources of the measurement uncertainty. And the expanded uncertainty was obtained from synthetical standard uncertainty multiplied by expanded factor of 2 under, the confidence level of 95 %.
