摘要
本文在对我国现行地下水资源可持续利用的必要性进行分析的基础上,对国内外现行的地下水资源法律调控现状进行了深入评析,提出了强化地下水资源可持续利用法律调控的具体措施。
On the basis of analysis of sustainable usage of drinking water resource in China, the author analyses the necessity of the underground drinking water sustainable utilization, reviews the legal status quo of the underground drinking water resource, puts forward the countermeasures in strenghening the law system of underground drinking water sustainable utilization in China.
