摘要
企业资源计划（ERP）的有效实施将给企业带来深刻的变革。文章分析了ERP系统实施不成功的原因，提出了成功应用的策略和重点。
Successfor mpementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will give penetrative changes to enterprises. In this paper, factors which cause unsuccessful implementation of ERP are analysed.Finally, tactics and key points of applying successfully ERP are pmented.
