摘要
为获得与实际检测样品完全一致的虾中AOZ残留分析用质控样,研制了含AOZ自然(污染)基体虾糜标准样品。通过对养殖虾适量给药和合适采集时机的选择可获得预期含量的代表实际样品原状态的自然(污染)基体阳性材料,制备的虾糜自然基体样品适用于AOZ残留分析质量控制。
In order to obtain quality control samples for AOZ residue analysis in shrimp which are consistent with actual detection samples,minced shrimp was developed as a natural（contaminated） matrix standard containing AOZ.The results showed that through the administration of drug application and appropriate timing of sample acquisition,natural（contaminated） positive matrix containing expected levels of AOZ and representative of actual samples at the original state could be obtained,and the minced shrimp is applicable to quality control for AOZ residue analysis in shrimp.
