摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)检测面粉中二氧化钛含量。方法:采用550℃干灰化样品,浓硫酸-硫酸铵高温溶解灰分后,用ICP-AES测定面粉中二氧化钛。结果:方法检出限为0.026μg/ml;0.10-100μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,加标回收率为97.7%-102.5%;测定结果相对标准偏差为1.5%-3.6%(n=5)。结论:本方法操作简便、快捷、准确,检出限低,线性范围宽,共存元素干扰小,适用于面粉中二氧化钛的测定。
Objective:To set up the analysis methods of TiO2 in flour.Methods:The flour samples were ashed in 550℃ and dissolved by H2SO4-(NH4)2SO4 in a high temperature.TiO2 in flour were determined by ICP-AES.Results:The recovery rate,relative standard deviation and detection limit were 97.7%~102.5%,1.5%~3.6%(n=5) and 0.026 μg/ml,respectively.The linear range of the method was 0.10~100 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for determination of TiO2 in flour.
