摘要
揭示了国际通用的最低价中标方法在我国推行的主要障碍,提出了解决信用问题等对招投标活动的影响,分析了推行最低价中标法的主要措施,探索了建立信用约束保障机制的重点。
The chief obstacle of international universal lowest price bidding method carried out in our country is revealed. The influence of the solution of credit question and so on to incur bid is proposed. The key measures to carry out lowest bid method are analyzed. The key points to establish credit restraint safeguard mechanism are explored.
