摘要
运用博弈论分析方法,研究工程招投标实行“经评审的最低价中标法”的博弈模型,可以从理论上确定工程投标人之间的博弈均衡结果;并通过分析模型的假定条件,对我国成功运用“经评审的最低价中标法”提出若干政策建议。
A Game analysis of the biddings in 'the evaluated lowest-quotation-wins-the-bidding' approach offers the possibility of the balanced evaluation of bidders in theory. This paper analyzed the presumed terms of the game modals and put forward proposals on the successful implementation of this policy nationwide.
