摘要
目的探索中药对周围神经再生的影响。方法20只成年SD大鼠随机均分成实验组和对照组，切除所有动物双侧坐骨神经中段的一部分，用硅胶管桥接神经两断端，神经断端间距为6mm。术后实验组动物连续灌服补阳还五汤四周，对照组动物常规饲养。结果术后4周、16周，实验组再生神经冲动传导潜速率明显比对照组快（P＜0．01），同期再生神经内血管面积实验组明显大于对照组，相差有高度显著性（P＜0．01）；实验组再生轴突内有较多的线粒体。结论补阳还五汤通过改善再生神经血液循环、调节能量代谢，可促进周围神经再生，有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effects of the Invigorating the Yang for Recuperation Decoction (Buyang Huanwu Tang) on the regeneration of peripheral nerve. Method 20 adult Sprague-Dawly rats were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups. The bilateral sciatic neve of all rats were exposed, and a 6-mm segment of the nerve was excised. The transented nerve ends were secured with silicone tubes. The experimental group were given the decoction for 4 weeks. Result The latency rate became faster (P<0.01) and the microvascular area greater (P<0. 01) in the experimental group after 4 and 16 weeks. There were more mitochondria in the axons of the experimental group. Conclsion This study indicates that the decoction can promote the regulation of injured nerve by improving the blood circulation. The results suggest the potential clinical application of the Invigorating Yang For Recuperation Decocting in the treatment of nerve injuries.
