摘要
首先以2-甲基咪唑和1,2-二氯乙烷为原料,通过N-烷基化反应合成了1-氯乙基-2-甲基咪唑,然后以其与咔唑反应合成了一种新型的N-咪唑咔唑化合物9-((2-甲基-1H-咪唑-1-基)乙基)-9H-咔唑,考察了反应时间、温度、原料配比以及溶剂用量等因素对N-烷基化反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,并对其结构进行了表征。在适宜的反应条件下,收率可达40%。
Firstly, 1-chloroethyl-2-methyl imidazole was synthesized using 2-methyl imidazole and 1,2-dichloroethane as material by the reaction of N-alkylation, and then a kind of new N- imidazole carbazole compound called 9-((2-methyl-lH-imidazole-l-bases)ethyl)-9H-carbazole was synthesized by 1-chloroethyl-2-methyl imidazole and carbazole. The effects of main factors such as reaction time, temperature, feed ratio and solvents on the N-alkylation reaction were investigated emphatically, so that the optimum reaction condition were established, and its structure was characterized . Under the suitable reaction condition, the yield can get up to 40%.
