摘要
采用福尔马林、煮沸、醋酸和酒精四种方法处理鸡梅氏弧菌菌悬液,分别制备上清和沉淀抗原,通过琼脂扩散试验确证福尔马林和醋酸两种方法制备的上清抗原与鸡梅氏弧菌阳性血清检出率最高,而不同处理方法制备的琼扩抗原对鸡白痢阳性血清、鸡霍乱阳性血清及鸡败血支原体阳性血清均无交叉反应。从而在国内首次阐明:用福尔马林和醋酸处理方法制备的鸡梅氏弧菌上清抗原进行的琼脂扩散试验,是本病诊断和流行病学调查的一种特异、敏感。
Agar diffusion tests involving the use of bacteria suspension of Vibrio Metschnihovii proceeded by formalin,boiling,acetic acid and alcohol as suspension antigen and precipitate antigen prove that positive rate of Vibrio Metschnihovii is higher via both suspension antigens of formalin and acetic acid. No cross-reactions occurred between these antigens and Fowl cholera positive serum, and Pollorum positive serum, and Mycoplasma ga11isepticum serum. In my country, it is the first demonstrated that the agar diffusion tests used fomalin suspension and acetic acid suspension as antigens are specific and sensitive for diagnosis and epidemiologic investigations of this disease.
