摘要
取山羊痘分离野生强毒H -GZ株通过Vero -E6细胞传代增殖 ,经硫酸铵盐析与SephadexG - 2 0 0层析制备了山羊痘病毒沉淀抗原。该抗原在琼脂扩散反应和对流免疫电泳的试验中能够与山羊痘参考阳性血清、山羊痘免疫阳性血清出现沉淀线 ,所形成的沉淀反应能够被山羊痘参考阳性血清特异性地抑制 ,与其它常见的动物病血清不发生交叉反应。本次制备的山羊痘病毒沉淀抗原和山羊痘免疫阳性血清 ,可以用于兽医临床诊断。
The wild virulent goat pox viruses were propagated and passaged on Vero-E6 cells. The virus precipitation antigen has been prepared through ammonium sulfate sedimentation and Sephadex G-200 chromatography. This antigen could react with reference positive serum and immune positive serum of goat pox in agar gel precipitation and counter immuno-electrophoresis. Furtheremore the precipitation reaction could be specifically inhibited by reference positive serum and no cross reaction was observed with other common sera of animal diseases. The precipitation antigen and immune positive serum of goat pox could be used for clinical diagnosis,immunological surveillance and investigation of veterinary epidemiology.
