摘要
采用水雾化Fe74Cr2Mo2Sn2P10C2Si4B4非晶磁粉制备出了高频特性较好的磁粉芯。研究了样品的形貌、相组成和磁性能。研究结果表明,非晶磁粉芯压制后的去应力退火处理能够有效的提高磁导率和品质因数,过高的热处理温度会使非晶粉末晶化,析出导电性较差的非铁磁相,恶化磁性能,最佳的退火温度为400℃;绝缘包覆是制备高性能磁粉芯的必备工艺,增加绝缘剂添加量会有效的降低磁粉芯的损耗,提高品质因数,绝缘剂添加量过多会降低磁粉芯的密度和磁导率,导致综合磁性能下降,Fe74Cr2Mo2Sn2P10C2Si4B4非晶磁粉芯最佳的绝缘剂添加量为5.0%。
The water-atomized amorphous Fe74Cr2Mo2Sn2P10C2Si4B4 magnetic powder cores with the better high-frequency magnetic properties were prepared. The morphology,phase composition and magnetic properties of samples were researched. Such results are concluded from experiment. Annealing following compaction could promote magnetic permeability and quality factor effectively. Over-annealing could deteriorate magnetic properties due to crystallization of amorphous powder and forming of nonmagnetic phase,and the optimum annealing temperature is 400℃. The insulation coating is necessary process to fabricate magnetic powder core with high properties,increasing insulating materials content could effectively decrease loss and increase quality factor. Over-insulation could decrease density and permeability of magnetic powder core,and lead to fall of complex magnetic property. The optimum insulating materials content is 5.0%.
