摘要
采用XRD、DSC研究了深冷预处理对Fe_(67.5)Ni_1Al_5Ga_2P_(9.65)C_(6.75)B_(4.6)Si_3Sn_(0.5)铁基非晶合结构和晶化过程的影响。结果发现:经深冷预处理,铁基非晶合金内部中程有序的原子结构发生改变;晶化退火处理之后,样品晶粒的平均尺寸增大,晶化面积减少;晶化样品的T_g、T_x及T_p增大,混合焓ΔH减小。研究表明:深冷预处理能抑制非晶合金在晶化过程中的形核,降低非晶合金的形核率;晶化后热稳定性提高。
The effects of cryogenic pretreatment on structure and crystallization process of Fe67.5Ni1Al5Ga2P9.65C6.75B4.6Si3Sn0.5 amorphous alloy were studied by XRD and DSC. The experiment results show that the medium-range ordered atomic structure of Fe-based amorphous alloy changes after cryogenic pretreatment. The average grain size of the sample increases and its area of the crystallization reduces after crystallization by annealing. The Tg, Tx and Tp of crystallized sample increase and mixing enthalpy AH decreases. The results show that cryogenic pretreatment can inhibit crystallization of amorphous alloy in the process of nucleation and reduce the nucleation rate of amorphous alloys, and the thermal stability will be improved after crystallization process.
