摘要 chemerin是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,在免疫应答、炎症反应、脂肪细胞分化成熟、脂质代谢等方面发挥作用。研究发现:chemerin是代谢综合征的一个新的标志物,与动脉粥样硬化、胰岛素抵抗存在相关性,糖尿病小鼠脂肪组织中chemerin表达明显下降,明确其作用机制和功能,可能为妊娠期相关疾病,如代谢综合征、妊娠期糖尿病提供新的预防、治疗策略。 Chemerin is a novel adipokine with effects on immunity,inflammation,adipocyte differentiation and lipid metabolism.Recent studies have indicated that chemerin is a new independent marker of metabolic syndrome.Understanding the mechanisms and function of chemerin may provide novel effective therapeutic strategies to treat and prevent relative diseases.
