摘要
应用自行设计的小型两极导流筒气升式反应器给培养液供氧(95%),对促进细胞的生长速率、生物量的积累以及底物的利用率均有明显的效果,与摇床比较,能使生长率、底物利用率和培养38h所得的细胞干重各提高0.5倍和2倍.
A ALR designed by author supplie 95% oxygen for the culture medium in it.The growth rate of cells is 0.5 times higher than it incubated by shaker.And the acurmulation of biomass and the utilization ratio of substrate increased with the increase of aeration rate.The highest value of biomass acumulation at the 38h of fermentation is two times highher than that by sharker.
