摘要
甲基营养酵母Candidaboidini2201经化学和化学物理双重诱变方法筛选出诱变体C·Y1和C·Y1CP。在同样培养条件下显示了诱变体快速生长的特性。诱变体比野生株提前24小时进入对数生长期。预期诱变筛选可得到利用高底物浓度。
A methanol yeast. Candida boidinii No.2201 (parent strain) and its mutants.C,Y1 and CY1-cp were studied in flaske cultures 150rmp.The mutants showed a higher growth rate on experiment medium contained 2% M-oH and 2% Glucose or 4% M-oH and 4% Glucose in the basic salt medium.
