摘要
目的探讨临床路径在房颤射频消融术患者中的应用效果。方法根据现行的诊疗护理内容,制订房颤射频消融术的临床路径表。选择房颤射频消融术患者180例,依据患者入院顺序分成观察组和对照组。对照组患者按常规进行护理和健康教育指导。观察组患者根据临床路径表进行护理,比较两组患者的平均住院日、满意度、并发症等指标的差异。结果观察组患者平均住院日和平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度和健康知识测评结果优于对照组(P<0.01),两组术后并发症的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推广临床路径有助于在保证护理质量的前提下,减少患者住院日和住院费用,减轻患者经济压力,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of clinical pathway for radiofrequeney ablation patients. Methods A cfinical pathway of radiofrequeney ablation of atrial fibrillation was formulated based on the original nursing routine. A total of 180 patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into the experimental group and control group according to the order of admission to hospital. Patients in the control group received routine nursing and health education, while the experimental group patients received nursing according to the clinical pathway. Evaluation indicators such as average hospitalization days, patient satisfaction and complications were collected after intervention. Results The patients in the experimental group had fewer days in hospital and less hospitalization cost （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and patient satisfaction and scores of disease - related knowledge were much higher （ P 〈 0.01 ）. But no significant difference was found on the rate of complication （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Promoting clinical pathway is beneficial to ensure nursing quality and reduce cost and length of hospitalization,thereby reduce patient＇s financial burden and increase the degree of satisfaction.
