摘要
目的探讨临床护理教学组长竞选及管理实践的效果。方法采取个人申请、科室推荐的方法,护理部成立专门的考评小组,对符合申报条件的护士进行2年学分达标的审核、护理查体和病人的入院评估、多媒体教学的考核及面试,竞选出的教学组长经过岗前培训后上岗,协助科室护士长进行教学管理工作。结果护理部、科室对临床教学组长的教学评价提高(P<0.05),规范了科室护理教学查房。结论通过竞选及岗前培训后产生的临床科室教学组长,综合素质明显提高。
Objective To explore the methods and effectiveness of running for group leaders of clinical nursing teaching and practicing in teaching management. Methods Based on the results of personal application and recommendation by departments,the specialized evaluation team established by the nursing department examined and interviewed nurses who were qulified on credit hours within two years,nursing physical examination,admission evaluation of patients, muhimedia education. After pre -job training,qualified nurses worked as group leaders and assisted head nurses in teaching management work. Result The evaluation of group leaders from the nursing department and clinical departments were higher significantly than before ( P 〈0. 05 ). Teaching rounds were more standardized as well. Conclusion After running for and pre - job training, comprehensive qualities of group leaders of clinical nursing teaching would be increased obviously.
