摘要 目的 :探索高等护理教育整体护理临床教学的模式 ,培养护生实施整体护理的综合能力 ,建立科学的教学质量管理体系。方法 :1 9941 999年对 2 80名护理专科实习生实施了整体护理临床教学 ,包括更新教学理念、设立教学基地、制定教学计划、改革教学方法和评估方法 ,强化了对护生沟通技能和健康教育能力的训练 ,建立了教学评价制度。结果 :通过各种形式的评价 ,表明学生具备了较强的对病人实施整体护理的能力 ,达到了教学目标 。 Objectives:To establish a framework for holistic nursing in clinical teaching,reform the clinical teaching content, teaching method and evaluation method; And to establish clinical teaching quality management system. Method: Explore and implement the holistic nursing teaching model among 280 student nurses who were performing nursing practice in the hospital. The model includes:setting up the advanced nursing education philosophy and served as guideline, establishing good clinical teaching base, constructing effective teaching organization structure, making the teaching plan, instructing students using nursing process to provide optimal nursing care to the patients, emphasizing on the training of communication skill and patient teaching ability, modifying the evaluation method, etc. Results: Through 6 years' implementation and continuous improvement of this teaching model,the deucational objectives of student's ability of practising holistic nursing were fulfilled.And the teachers' ability were also strengthened.
